Position: 2nd Cook
Location: Enfield, London EN3
Salary: £26k+

Hours: 7am-3pm (DAY TIME ONLY)

Operating a Kitchen Canteen, 2 main courses and quality sandwiches trading 5 days a week Monday to Friday 7am-3pm ONLY. No bank holidays

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience, great personality, love to work in a team and have an eye for detail, finished off with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Daily Tasks include
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Preparing and cooking breakfasts and 2 main meals daily
• Ordering and maintaining stock levels
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Requirements
• Previous experience as Chef person
• A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent personal presentation standards
