Our client is looking for a passionate and ambitious Commis Chef in North West London to join there team serving amazing fresh produce, Irish and English cuisine As Commis Chef, you’ll be supported in leading the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent standards.
Commis Chef – Role Responsibility
• Responsibility for kitchen operations with peers, ensuring every dish is of perfect quality and timely produced
• Work alongside the others Head Chefs to co-ordinate and support the kitchen service
• Stock management including supplier liaison, controlling wastage to achieve GP Show initiative, drive and The
• Work in a well equipped kitchen where everything is prepared from fresh
• Work an average 40 hour week From 4pm-Midnight.
