Location: West End
Salary: £32,000 + Service Charge

The Club:
This private club & large hotel business is a passion and this is shown throughout the Private members Club staff. All senior chefs have come from high-end London hotels and hospitality businesses. You will be working and learning with the best. This amazing 60+ spacious and beautiful bedroom Club and Hotel is located in the stunning heart of Piccadilly in close proximity Regent Street and Hyde park. They truly take care of their team like a family, ensuring their wellbeing and their creating fantastic customer service to guests and members. Do you want to be mentored by a talented and friendly head chef and two sous chefs to create stunning and delicious dishes…then you need to apply for this role!

As Chef de Partie your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
Preparing and cook fresh local food for restaurant and functions
Ordering and maintaining stock levels
Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef

The Chef de Partie Requirements:
Already working as Chef de Partie in a fresh food environment with minimum 24 months experience
NVQ2 or College Qualified
Enthusiastic with positive attitude. Keen to learn.
Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef
40 hours a week, 4 days on 3 days off, if you wish

 The Ideal Chef de Partie should be:
Passionate about food and continually pushing standards
A team player with an outgoing and self starter attitude
Enthusiastic about exceeding expectations through delicious food, working alongside the front of house team to deliver great customer service.
A keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served.
