Door Security Team

Our client is searching for door supervisors and stewards who want to gain or increase there knowledge of experience in the events industry and work at a range of events, including fashion shows, auctions, live music concerts and award ceremonies.

Would you like to join a company who selects bespoke protection teams for each event to meet the requirements of the venue? Where appropriate, the security event management team will attend and contribute to, planning and production meetings during the lead up to an event, as well as providing input into emergency planning.

• Be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. 
• You will be responsible for ensuring that visitors are greeted in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a professional and efficient manner.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all persons under your duty of care in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.

Person Specification

• Professional, highly driven, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player
• Smart and confident.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Computer literate and good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in a control room position is desirable.
• Have an ability to deliver concise and clear verbal and written reports where necessary.
• Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness and availability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Always maintain and practice a high degree of confidentiality.
• Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education.
• Provide support to the wider team when required.
• Have a knowledge of the NATO phonetic alphabet.
• SIA/CCTV licence.
• Driving license (preferable)
