Position: Lead Chefs
Location: North West London
Salary: Competitive pay rates. £20 Per Hour!
Type: Wembley Stadium – National Stadiums
Events: National Finals & Music Tours
Chef Zone are looking to add to their senior chef team for temporary assignments at large events and stadiums. We are looking for talented lead chefs who will generally be running a kitchen and responsible for 8-10 Chef de Parties during service. As part of the Chef Zone team, you can work where suits you best, when you want for some of the most exciting operations in the capital.
Skills and qualifications we are looking for:
- Ability to manage all food production and presentation
- Strong understanding of food specifications and capability to communicate this information to the wider team of chefs
- Ensure that preparation and presentation of food comply with the food safety manual
- Ability to complete and maintain food safety records and react to any issues quickly and effectively
- Allergen expert level 2
- Food safety level 3
- Experience delivering full briefings to both front and back of house teams
- The ability to deliver large volumes of covers within a set timeframe for large events and dinners
- Calm under pressure
