INGREDIENTS

  • 1 green apple, cored and quartered
  • 4 mint sprigs, leaves only
  • 2 big handfuls of spinach leaves, washed
  • Juice of 1½ limes
  • ½ cucumber, roughly chopped

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Put all the ingredients into a juicer or blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture needs a little help going through a juicer then add a little cold water as you juice.
  2. Serve in a tall glass with ice.
